As a family of schools, education is at the heart of everything that we do. The Partnership Trust came into being to offer children from all backgrounds equal access to education of the highest standard, to enable them to develop, gain knowledge, live happy and constructive lives, fulfill their potential and play a full part in society. We seek to actively counter disadvantage and to increase social mobility for the children in all of our schools.
With a robust collegiate approach to school improvement, we have support networks that run across the Trust ensuring that the very best ideas are available to all. Within our Trust School Improvement Team we have a wide range of experience and expertise. This team, together with a number of Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs) across our schools, enables us to create bespoke school improvement packages for our schools.
Each of our schools benefit from a close relationship with the Trust School Improvement Team, particularly their appointed ‘Leadership Partner’ who provides important support and challenge to the leadership in all aspects of the school.
We have a strong belief in professional development run continuing professional development and initial teacher training courses. This ensures that we can retain and recruit high quality teaching professionals within our schools and offer high quality CPD opportunities to both those within our Trust and at other local schools. As a Trust we believe very strongly that to ensure that we do not become inward looking we should support and seek opportunities to work with others outside of our own Trust.
