Main duties

Responsible for collating and checking monthly starter information, staff changes, overtime, expenses and sickness for all of the schools within the Trust and sending to our payroll provider. Checking payroll reports to ensure everything has been actioned correctly. Reconciling monthly payroll and movement of salary costs within each of the schools to their databases. Administration of Teachers and Local Government pensions and year end returns.
Assist with the completion of Year End Accounts for the Trust.
Procurement of insurance – absence and premises/vehicle insurance.
Liaising with bank re: bank accounts/credit cards

Sarah Savage

Sarah has a wealth of experience in developing  Maths pedagogy and practice in schools and through training events. Previously Senior Primary Consultant at BANES and a deputy headteacher in one of the largest primary schools in the area, she has worked with schools in all categories. She supports the alignment of assessment practices across TPT and works with numerous practitioners and schools through her role with TBMPTS on Maths, Assessment and Leadership.
